Users, as individuals, are subject only to civil and criminal laws that limit freedom of opinion from the outside. These rules are configured as real limits to the freedom of expression of thought, also connected to the peculiarities of the employment relationship: these are explanations of the duties of loyalty and confidentiality, which are incumbent on the worker since they are deductible in the work performance.
Moderation
Everyone has the right to intervene and express their free opinion. In the social channels promoted Proconsul Group S.r.l. may remove comments and posts that are not relevant to the channel’s theme. Proconsul Group S.r.l. may also remove messages and posts deemed harmful, discriminatory and offensive towards the same or other users participating or not in the discussion.
The various pages / channels of Proconsul Group S.r.l. present on the various Social Media can be followed freely by all users of the network, without asking for any authorization from the Owner; for this reason, Proconsul Group S.r.l. advises to exercise caution regarding the disclosure of personal data when using these platforms. The terms of use and the privacy policies applicable to each social network are published on their respective sites and regulate the information provided by the user. The Owner does not perform any form of control over the use of personal information communicated in a public forum, a comment area, making the user of the platform the only responsible for any disclosure.
Insults, foul language, threats or attitudes that harm personal dignity, the rights of minorities and minors, the principles of freedom and equality will not be tolerated. The comments that are out of the question with respect to the discussion of a specific post (the so-called off-topic), the comments or posts that may refer to particular categories of personal data, the interventions inserted repeatedly or that may disturb the discussion or offend those who manage and moderate the social channels, as well as spam. For those who repeatedly violate these conditions or those contained in the policies of the instruments adopted, the staff reserves the right to block the user to prevent further interventions, as well as to report the same to the managers of the platform and possibly to the law enforcement officers.

Proconsul Group S.r.l. reminds you that the processing of users’ personal data on the so-called platforms Social Media is guaranteed to the extent that the user is aware of how he is using the platform, the service and its potential. The result is that the information generated will actually be shared “voluntarily” by users who, therefore, will not be able to complain of a possible violation of their personal sphere. Furthermore, personal data are published spontaneously by users and their processing by Proconsul Group S.r.l. is carried out solely for the purpose of the service provided.
